As you may know if you read the About Me section of this web page, I am writing my first novel as this page is being made. After many pain staking hours of research for my book, I thought I was ready to actually sit down and write. (Isn't that funny?) Well, I wanted my first book to be something special, so I thought I would check out some of these site's that have Writer's resources on them. Some of them have been really helpful, other's ~eh~ but one thing I did notice is a lot of them said the same thing. Also, MOST of them were written by professional writer's who have published a lot of material. Don't get me wrong, they know best! Right? Well, in a way yes they do. A lot of them are sharing their experience, and to them, I say Thank you! As I read through site after site, writing notes after notes, I thought about it, and wondered why some of the newbie writer's didn't have their frustrations and experiences on line AS IT WAS HAPPENING! So, I decided that I would do it myself. Found in these pages, are my own experiences (as limited as they are), my own thoughts on certain opinions, and my own frustrations.
I also have posted a discussion group in the Let's Talk section of this web site. I would like to see other's share their experiences, and help with others. Also, I started a thread on there about maybe trying to write our own story piece by piece and seeing how it comes out with each person writing a little bit at a time and another picking up where the last left off (Should be interesting)!
